With the launch of Stream two years ago, Broadbean opened the world of targeted search to its Clients; Listening to clients plays a key role in their Continual Innovation.
Upgrades and added functionalities are key to company growth and continued development. Broadbean Technology understands this and the responsibility that comes with providing the right technology for clients, as well as earning new business. With the launch of Broadbean’s targeted candidate search tool Stream, client feedback has been instrumental in strengthening this product and making necessary changes in order to meet clients’ requisite needs; primarily, maintaining the time-saving and ROI maximising qualities for which Broadbean is best known.
The usage of Stream has grown strongly since its launch as clients have realised the benefits of a product which has evolved substantially with client feedback. In an effort to further engage with clients, Broadbean recently hosted a survey to all Stream users. Responses indicated increased client satisfaction leading to the clear understanding of the value that clients have attached to the products and service that Broadbean offers.
- 91.8% of respondents reported positively regarding user-friendliness.
- 80.3% regard Stream as a useful recruiting tool.
- 70.5% positively stated its time-saving qualities.
In the survey, clients were asked what new features they would like to see, as well as how the current product could be improved. It is with this in mind that Broadbean announces bold development plans for 2011.
Two new exciting features, currently in Beta testing and due to be released shortly, are:
1. Social Search: searching and networking through users’ LinkedIn accounts from their Broadbean platform.
2. Watchdog: delivers new candidates’ profiles daily from previously saved searches to users’ inboxes.
Both features prove Broadbean’s efforts to consolidate and streamline the process of online recruitment creating a single access point for review and management of candidates. As Broadbean prepares for the widespread release of the Social Search and Watchdog features, client feedback will remain essential to improvements and increased functionalities.
