Broadbean, the global leader in job distribution, and Capita, the UK’s leading outsourcing company are pleased to announce the successful completion of the census recruitment drive. The project involved posting recruitment ads for over 14,000 roles in more than 2,000 locations. The process required the creation of over 65,000 job adverts within Broadbean’s system, all of which were successfully delivered on time using job boards selected by Capita and which were part of Broadbean’s extensive job board network. To date, over 100,000 advert clickthroughs have been measured, resulting in over 50,000 applications.
