Broadbean is delighted to have been awarded the Recruitment Sector Service Provider of the Year at the recent APSCo Industry Annual Awards.
The focus of the APSCo Awards for Excellence is on how members are demonstrating and supporting the professional standards that APSCo embodies. Broadbean was able to prove that by bucking the trend and continuing to invest in client service and technical development teams, it could continue to diversify its product range, offer extended hours of live support and deliver exceptional standards of service.
Lee Anne Davey, Client Services Director and Claire Palmer, UK Client Services Manager, collected the award on the charity based awards evening that potentially raised around £80,000 for the NSPCC. Claire commented, "I am very proud of my team for what they have achieved. Over the past year they have worked beyond the call of duty to deliver a great service during a time where the economic climate has heightened pressure on all companies, not least those in the service industries".
Lee Anne added, "A key differentiator for Broadbean is the level of service we consistently deliver to our clients. I am very appreciative that investment in client service staff and training remained at a level seen before the recession and I really feel that this is a testament to our company’s commitment to clients. Significant investment in our technical team has also enabled acceleration in new product development that will see a host of new functionality being launched in 2011. This is a very exciting time for both Broadbean and our clients".
