Evolve have completed a seamless integration which fully automates the use of Broadbean Post to advertise vacancies with minimum effort. When used in conjunction with evolve’s Campaign Manager plug-in ,the recruiter can automate the management and collection of all of the workflow associated with candidate response.
Key Points to the Integration
- Consultants can post an advert directly from evolve Version 5.2 that will populate all of the core fields (Job title, location, salary, industry, job ref, job description etc) on the Broadbean posting page.
- Via evolve’s Campaign Manager plug-in, all information relating to adverts and candidate response is displayed in a highly configurable way.
- Consultants can see the job boards an advert was posted to, number of applications and expiration date (with the ability to delete the advert) directly from the vacancy in evolve.
- Using the evolve/Broadbean dashboard the consultant can:
- See all candidate applications and which role they applied for
- Show candidates CV
- Add candidate to a shortlist
- Ignore a candidate
- Remove a candidate
- There are a number of reports available within evolve that enable the consultant to manage their application history and expiring adverts.
