A quick introduction to Broadbean
Broadbean Technology is Europe’s leading provider of multiposting and response tracking solutions. Over 30,000 recruiters use Broadbean which distributes in excess of 1.5 million job adverts every month. The technology drastically reduces the time it takes to post jobs online and allows clients to monitor return on investment from their online spend.
Our bespoke web application is used by most of the UK's top recruitment companies and a large number of major blue chips in banking, telecoms, IT services, financial services and new media as well as SMEs, sole traders and anything in between. What is Broadbean and how does it work?
Instead of recruiters having to log into each individual job board they have an account with to post the same vacancy, they can log into Broadbean, fill in the job details once and then we put the ad on the job boards for them (through direct XML feeds). In addition to this, we can track where all their candidate responses come from and provide recruiters with a host of reports that help them to advertise their online vacancies more effectively.
Why you should integrate?
Primarily, you should integrate with Broadbean to make your clients’ lives easier! The main advantage for integrated boards is that for a client to post to your job board along with all the other job boards they use, they simply need to tick a box. We do not charge clients for the amount of job boards they use and, regardless of whether they post to 1 job board or 101, it takes them roughly the same amount of time. You are therefore likely to receive more job postings from AdCourier users than those who post manually, as there is no administrative burden attached to sending your adverts. Apart from saving vast administration time, clients use the software to monitor job board effectiveness and to control their advertising spend. In some cases, if a job board is not integrated with Broadbean our clients will not post to it because they have no way of measuring its performance.
How do you make money?
Becoming integrated with Broadbean simply allows our clients to post jobs to your board from a single location rather than having to log into each board separately to advertise. If a client chooses to use your services, they will need to set up an account with you, buy credits as normal and then add you to the list of job boards their company can post to. In most cases, job boards supply clients with a username and password that allows them to publish jobs online. This is inputted in our system and the details are sent with each advert so you can authenticate incoming submissions.
How to integrate with Broadbean?
To enable Broadbean to post adverts to your website, we need a location (ie web address details) to send each advert to and we need a document detailing what information is required for you to successfully display each vacancy. Please see our API website for more details.
What does it cost?
Broadbean charges for all job board integrations and the costs are normally met by the job boards themselves. The integration fee is a one off cost and once integrated there are no recurring charges unless you change the interface or options whereby a feed would need to be updated or rebuilt.

Each job board that is integrated with our network is entitled to a fully branded and searchable profile on our global website providing they link back with text or display our network partner logo.
To take advantage of this completely free service, all you need to do is follow our link back instructions below and provide us with the following:
- Up to 500 words about your job board
- Sales contact name, number and email
- Technical contact details (not displayed)
- A logo that is 164 pixels wide by 77 pixels tall (JPEG PNG pr GIF (non animated) only)
