- Consultants can post an advert directly from RDB ProNet, populating all of the core fields (Job title, location, salary, industry, job ref, job description etc) on the Broadbean posting page.
- At either a company or user level, the client can decide which candidates are imported back into RDB ProNet (determined by colour flag).
- From within the vacancy in RDB ProNet the consultant can retrieve all of the candidates from Broadbean that match their flag preference.
- RDB ProNet will perform a duplicate check and allow the consultant to either update or create a candidate record which will include the CV, contact information, source and will add the candidate to the Review List of the Vacancy they applied for.
- Integration is free
