Broadbean Trends is a comprehensive report, analysing in detail what really happened in UK online recruitment during 2011. The report is broken down into 21 industry sectors where we show key trends in vacancy and application volumes, as well as salary levels.
Broadbean's position in the UK market gives us a unique view of recruitment trends. Not only do we see more vacancies being posted than almost any other player in the market (approximately 60% of all of the jobs posted online), we have two fundamental differentiators:
1. We are not focused on any particular sector within the economy.
Even large generalist job boards will have sectors in which they are strong and those in which they are weaker. Because we post recruitment adverts to job boards across all sectors, we do not have these limitations.
2. We see candidate responses from the whole market.
Based on industry measurement metrics, no single job board has more than c.15% of the online recruitment audience (candidates) in the UK. Because we work with all of the leading job boards, we effectively see candidate response from the whole market (i.e. all candidates who search for jobs online).
