What Andy brings to the bean:

I’ve been here since 2007, having previously worked as a training manager for a recruitment software company. I discovered Broadbean at a conference – it was love at first sight, and I knew that I had the right sort of experience for the company.

I deliver the love to new and existing corporate clients, caring for them and nurturing them towards the utopia of Broadbean job posting heaven. I set up and train new clients and provide ongoing support to non-agency clients.

It is hard to say what I like best about my job, I love it all! But I would highlight the wonderful friendly culture and the faith the company has shown in my abilities. Also, I love the fact that we have a great product as the majority of my conversations are with happy customers.
