What Claire brings to the bean:

I previously worked as a recruiter and used Broadbean, so I had already been in contact with different members of the bean team, and always felt like a valued client. When I came for my interview I got the chance to see the office environment (which, incidentally is fab), the atmosphere was relaxed and everyone was very friendly. During my interview I was told about the company’s ethos and plans for the future, all of which was very inspiring. I left the interview with a spring in my step and thinking about how much I wanted to be a bean!

My role now as Project Manager is wide ranging and includes projects such as investigating job boards in the Irish market, looking into moving Broadbean onto an online contract system and first line support of the Manpower UK contract. Every project is different from the last and is aimed at adding value for our clients. I absolutely love working at the Bean. We have a fantastic product which everyone really believes in. It makes work easy when you love what you do.
