What Dean brings to the bean:

I came to Broadbean as IT Manager having previously worked as a recruitment consultant. My passion has always been IT and so I jumped at the chance to get back into technology whilst remaining in an industry that I love.

I am in charge of all internal IT systems here at Bean HQ, and this means that problem solving ranges from desktop issues to servers blowing up (fortunately this doesn’t happen very often!). One of my first challenges was to help implement the new CRM system – talk about being thrown in at the deep end!!
