Prior to Broadbean with a previous provider we had been posting adverts per month with a return application response of 1:1.4. We weren't happy with the ROI and wanted to improve the volume of our responses without resorting to the same process as previous where our consultants were posting through the supplier application taking at least 5-10 minutes longer per advert that if we could integrate the process within our frontline system.
Broadbean worked with us to develop a feed between their application and ours which has enabled us to track our adverts posted and applications being received to a far greater degree than before. return has greatly improved to 1:6 It has also alleviated the additional double entry required and therefore has improved the speed of responding to applications received into the business. Even though there is now a higher volume of applications, we have not experienced an increase in administration costs. In addition to the integration and the information provided we have been able to target our postings more effectively and we continue to see cost benefits on an ongoing basis.
Broadbean made the transition very easy and simple. They have lived up to all the promises that they made and have been a true partner in helping us to develop a complex process into a manageable one. They continue to work with us via regular reviews and continue to assist with developing further enhancements as we identify additional strategy required.
