At Precision Recruitment UK Ltd we have been users of the Broadbean AdCourier & Aplitrak software now for the past 12 months and are delighted to be one of the early users of the new version 4 system. After being tasked with streamlining the time spent advertising with various Job Boards I approached Broadbean who had a package and system that would change the way we do things forever. As an Independent Recruitment Consultancy, losing consultants for up to an hour at a time for advertising roles was proving to be the least efficient use of their time, when added to following the response of these candidates individually our consultants were giving away even more of the week to administration.
Then up stepped AdCourier, at the click of a button our consultants could advertise their positions freely across the chosen boards, this simple step gave each consultant an estimated 5 hours per week back to them, we thought this was great . . . . . more productive staff, we are very happy. This didn’t end there, added to our AdCourier we had Aplitrak, this allowed our consultants to respond to each and every candidate successful or unsuccessful in a matter of minutes . . . . . this made us even happier because we had less candidates complaining we didn’t get back to them and more successful candidates arriving for interview as we immediately got hold of them.
We are happy to see Broadbean grow as they have over the past year, they have provided us with a valuable system that has most definitely improved the way we do things and I would be more than happy to recommend their system to any Recruitment Consultancy, whether they employ 2 consultants or 200 consultants. We just love Broadbean! At SECRETARIES PLUS, we refuse to use a job board that isn't accessible through Broadbean as our very successful fabulous team just do not have the time to waste. Last week we lost ALL our communications, and it was so much easier to direct ad response to a different email address on the web than to redo every single ad on every single job board. A workman in the street outside Claridges cut through 1600 lines AND the water pipes. They have re-laid 300 metres of cable and expect everybody to be back to normal by Monday 25th February when they have reconnected 1600 wires at each end of the new cable. In addition, on Thursday afternoon, another workman cut through a power cable, darkened a large chunk of the West End but lit himself up like a Christmas tree ( he has survived). We are now on microwave beamed at the Hilton for our internet/email access. In this very stressful situation, Broadbean made it possible for us to continue operating without spending more than an hour at the local internet cafe.
