Until we implemented our workflow we had little idea what it cost to generate an application, interview or a placement from job boards. Put simply, this system will allow Spring to target its online marketing spend and save us 10% this year alone.
It also makes our consultants more efficient, they spend more time doing deals and less time doing admin. Without integrating Broadbean's system with our Front office systems, therefore closing the loop, it just would not work.
