The Role

As an account manager in the Corporate/In-house team at Broadbean you will be a vital piece in in the fastest growing area of the business where you will be expected to manage, retain and up-sell a portfolio of the company's corporate accounts.

You will be responsible for managing your own time, traditionally (pre COVID) spending a percentage of this out of the office meeting clients around the UK and occasionally across EMEA. 

Among other things, you’ll be expected to deliver on the following;

  • Retain and grow existing book of business through strong account management, understanding client recruitment/systems requirements and customising their Broadbean experience to suit
  • Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly/annual upsell quota through strategically selling the company’s wider product suite to your designated client base
  • Conducting regular account reviews both in person and remotely (travel restrictions allowing)
  • Being a Broadbean evangelist

* 3+ years successfully managing a portfolio of accounts
* Experience selling in the SaaS or Recruitment space is a bonus
* Strong sales and growth track record
