Our media services team works closely with external clients: consulting, informing and guiding them to achieve appropriate and cost-effective solutions to their recruitment advising needs; they maximise referrals and new business leads generated by our software sales and account management teams; they constantly negotiate with job boards and media partners across all types of advertising and search products.

We have recently launched our new programmatic product, which offers clients performance-based solutions delivered on CPC/CPA media buying, and now are looking for the right person who is able to support our growing team across both solutions.

We need a superb organiser, who can pick up multiple jobs and see them through to completion, whether this be across durational media or pat for performance. You will support the team and ensure the delivery of every project / campaign to completion. You’re ideally working in the recruitment advertising industry, perhaps in a customer or sales support role at a job board or as an account executive at an ad agency. Numerate, accurate, articulate, detail conscious, passionate about customer service – all these are second nature to you. We need you to:

  • Support the Account Managers with the delivery of their durational and programmatic campaigns
  • Take approved proposals and put them into action ensuring they are ready to use or spending budget
  • Help clients with budget management of their programmatic campaigns
  • Liaise with the media to make ready clients’ Broadbean posting and search accounts
  • Use the media buying system to generate bookings
  • Ownership of clients’ invoices – ensuring the correct budget is invoiced every month
  • Store media costs, approvals, branding and logins in client files
  • Keep clients informed of the progress of their purchases
