Salary: £38,000-£40,000 base (depending on experience, plus commission)

You and your role: 

The purpose of this 360 sales role is to generate new business leads through a variety of different avenues, identifying the clients’ needs and closing new business deals increasing Broadbean’s coverage across UK and Ireland. The role is 100% new business focussed and your target market is the ever growing direct employer & in-house recruitment space. You will be conducting cold calls as well as demonstrating the Broadbean software solution via a screen-share platform and, where necessary, in onsite meetings. 

The role: 

  • Responsible for achievement of software and services revenue targets, quarterly and annually
  • New business prospecting and researching client leads to understand associated opportunities
  • Selling Broadbean and services to prospective customers via phone, online and in person where applicable
  • Fulfil a wide range of RFI’s & RFP’s from prospective customers. Qualify the level of opportunity and deliver appropriate proposals and pitches
  • Implement aspects of territory development; identify prospects with high "close" potential, qualify and forecast timelines to close business
  • Work closely with our account managers and other sales executives to facilitate timely response to highly qualified leads
  • Prepare standard quotations and proposal information as needed; 
  • Work with other departments to create and finalise contracts and set time schedules for client implementations

The Successful Candidate will have: 

  • Good written and verbal communication skills 
  • Proven track record of SaaS, Media or Recruitment sales experience
  • High level of initiative and a good team player 
  • Excellent organisational skills  
  • Confidence in your own abilities 
  • A high degree of self-motivation 
  • A passion for selling and relationship building 
  • A strategic sales approach

The Ideal Candidate will have: 

  • 5+ years of experience in a recruitment software role
  • Experience selling SaaS to large corporations or the enterprise market.
