The British Red Cross helps millions of people in the UK and around the world to prepare for, respond to and recover from emergencies, disasters and conflicts.
The British Red Cross identified they didn’t know which channels most of their candidates were coming from. They needed to rationalise their recruitment media spend to ensure they were investing their advertising resource in the most effective way possible.
The British Red Cross approached Broadbean Technology to support them with this project because we’re the market leader and we were already integrated with their applicant tracking system.
The British Red Cross implemented Broadbean’s multi-posting software, which allowed them to quickly post vacancies to multiple job boards and track every aspect of their advertising spend. This enabled them to identify which channels were most effective in attracting candidates to apply to their roles, allowing them to reinvest spend into the channels that worked best for them.
The British Red Cross have saved huge amounts of time posting adverts, and are now able to make future purchasing decisions based on past performance. The data provided through the platform has also helped them identify other areas of their recruitment process that need to be improved.
The support they received from Broadbean client services team has made the process straightforward to implement internally. Staff were also given access to the knowledge base which answered day to day queries about the system quickly and easily, without the need to spend time on the phone with the support team.
