Client Support Specialist

This Client Support Specialist role exists to delight our clients. The Client Support Specialist’s goal is delight our clients by 1.) educating them on the flexibility and myriad functions our product has available, 2.) helping them to resolve any issues, breakages or pain points that prevent them from utilizing our product to its fullest capabilities, 3.) being a font of knowledge about what our product is capable of and how it can be used on its own as well as in conjunction with other systems, and 4.) to assist our wider Broadbean family by virtue of our product knowledge and experience through education and consultation.


Business Analyst - Product Development

Region: Newport Beach, CA

Broadbean is in search of a Business Analyst to join our Product Development team to help drive our new innovative software products to market. This role will partner with product stakeholders, key business leaders internally and users to ensure defined requirements are captured and prioritized for development. Key Stakeholders and Business Leaders hold regular product development sessions brainstorming the products evolution and future; the Business Analyst should capture the data from these sessions and turn it into actionable development requests.

In addition, the role will involve liaising with and managing our core Beta customers to get feedback on current product usage, understand new feature requests and manage those Beta clients through the implementation of new features.

This role will sit in the hub of new design and technology for Broadbean and have the ability to help launch a rapidly growing sector of the business.
