– A dedicated compliance-team member will manage state posting accounts on your behalf (credential services), acting as a liaison between you and state officials.
– Ongoing customer support through onboarding and account maintenance.
– Daily job-post summaries and notifications. For example, to alert you if postings fail due to password expirations, invalid job locations, website delays or similar issues, so you can act or reach out to the Compliance Support team quickly.
– Unlimited and free audit support: in the case of audits, Broadbean offers support and advice from an OFCCP consultant with more than 30 years’ industry experience. They will work with your AAP provider, legal/compliance team, and (if necessary) OFCCP officials.
