It seemed like I was the last Resourcing Manager to know about Broadbean so after hearing my team wax-lyrical about this amazing product that saved time and money I thought I’d better pick up the phone and find out more.
When I called I was put through to Richard Essex initially and he (very patiently) talked me through the features of the bean and how it could benefit me and my team in terms of time spent posting and managing response.
After I signed on the dotted line I was then handed over to Andy Hill for some very thorough (and again patient) training – Andy took me and the team through everything we needed to know.
The team at Broadbean (especially Andy and Richard) have been so helpful and at times it’s felt like they’re an extension of our team at Swinton. It’s a genuine pleasure to deal with them.
